This workshop will cover all things fungi!
The class will start with a review on foraging etiquette and take a look at good field guides for the Alberta/Western Canada area. Then we will head out into the woods to track down edible and medicinal fungi as well as identifying possible look-a-likes. This class is suited to beginner and novice mushroom hunters and can be a great starting point in getting comfortable harvesting and using fungi.
